In this class you will learn how to first sense (feel) energy with your hands so that you can pick up on the energy of your chakras. You will also learn about chakras 1-7 and how to cleanse them using your hands and replace the unwanted energy with lighter energy allowing them to work at optimal level. I will also teach you how to “zip up” your energetic field to help protect you from any of the unwanted stimuli.
