It is always a good time to do some releasing so that you can make room for the new. In every interaction we have, whether they are virtual or in person, there is an energetic exchange. After enough interactions, that energy not only stays in our field but can begin to affect us as well; and just like you would cleanse your house, you would want to cleanse yourself.

A Limpieza is a way to clear energy from an individual. Gianna takes a Shamanic approach to energy work, using sound, plant spirits, and smoke to clear the energetic field of a person. In this session, we will first do a releasing ritual and then Gianna will use different sounds to loosen heavy energy in everyone's energetic field, and different herbs to take away the energy that no longer serves them and then use more herbs to intentionally replace that energy. Typically clients mention that they experience improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, as well as just feeling lighter in general.
