Intuition Bath

Sometimes we have opportunities in recognizing our intuitive talents, gifts, and skills. We are often told about some specific ways to connect, but forget that we can connect in an infinite number of ways. This bath has been formulated to help you to call in and connect with your unique intuitive gifts.

 Instructions: This bath is best done on a Monday or Wednesday. After clearing yourself (using sage, palo santo, or salt), place herbs into your tub and begin filling it with water. While you take the bath, think of all of the ways your intuition has shown itself in the past, while pulling up towards your heart. When you get out of the tub, pat yourself dry instead of rinsing or wiping away the bath. Allow yourself time to meditate or sit in stillness after your bath.
